          Signal is very secure, but your encryption doesn’t matter when you add unknown people to your encrypted chats.

          It’s like buying the most secure, unpickable door lock and giving the key with the address on it to a complete stranger

        Just wanna be clear that this didn’t happen because of some technical flaw/vulnerability in Signal. This was completely Human Error

          Signal also features auto-delete for messages. They chose not to communicate through secure channels, and are actively trying to keep their shit out of the permanent record. These fucks are actively evading paper trails and transcripts because they know full-well how indefensible their crimes are.
