You don’t want to. It’s an abstract reference to an uninteresting meme about miscarriage called ‘Loss’. People post things with the format of the position of the people in the meme in 4 frames ( I, II, II, L), and everyone congratulates themselves and each other for getting the reference.
This one, however, doesn’t work in my opinion. The door positions in frames 1, 2 and 3 indicate people standing, yet the same position of the right door in frame 4 apparently indicates a person lying down.
This, as it happens, is therefore not Loss.

I think I was stunned by a car company that would bother to conditionally pluralize doors on a dot matrix LCD screen. I’m so used to the companies now, cutting every corner no matter how many times they’ve been cut before.
