It’s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. And she’s one of the last persons still right in the head in that circus. 2028 elections may not even happen, and she is the one that is needed to be behind the wheel not then but right fucking now.

Soyjack.party that spawned off from 4chan after /qa/ board got put down on the brink of soyjack spam. Hackers brought /qa/ board back and gave an announcement of the hack there, from the account they granted mod privileges.
I’m half-sure Trump put price tags on everything in the WH and every time you see a stupid thing in US foreign policy (local is guided by P25), you may hear Donald’s OF donation bell ring.
I imagine a better variation of this meme where every next panel zooms in on the edge of a diagram, questioning, if there’s a 0.00001% of cops who aren’t bastards?, going to some subatomic level to conclude there aren’t, these two diagrams line up perfectly not to create such niche.
Trying to find any application for NFT, I came to the conclusion that it would work IF you and me could be the servers there, having a copy of blockchain and verifying validity of keys until we get bored and quit that. It would target one particular issue - cantralized validation on Adobe side. It’d be inefficient and all, but it may deny them some power over usage of their legitly purchased product.
Ecoterrorism is ecology-motivated.
Egoterrorism on the other hand…
+ Reddit monopolized the access to it’s data. There everyone with an instance can vacuum up every post\comment\vote. Only PMs and credentials are between you and your admin. I prefer everyone to have access rather than the highest bidder, but it means there’s no safeguard of said bidding, and users should be aware of it and pick an according mode of interacting there.
If said Photoshop had a nft licensing service, it could’ve stayed online for longer. Legit old versions of Adobe software that had one-time purchase licenses can’t be activated anymore due to servers being brought down. And that’s how they want it while pushing subscriptions for 10+ years.
One can argue what intoxication means there.
But sure, what Kneelon musk does is not unlike drunk driving.
Probably, it’s an unconventional opinion, but I believe one may on their own will take any drug as long as they are responsible about it.
There’s the case of already awful person who doesn’t understand anything, futher exaggerated by their keta binge, who doesn’t even care about how they affect people’s lives. All red flags, like it’s a red corner in a soviet school. They shouldn’t be judged on their drug abuse first, but by how they are careless and stupid by default.
Take care and keep rolling dices. Some pieces are ought to fall into their places, and some you’d push in yourself. Good luck.
Is it a continuous trend in your life journey? Can you say if that or your perception of it changes? Do you feel stuck in your ways, or do you see some dynamic going on?
You sound like a bear with identity crisis.
sorry
So the conductor of american trade policies is another nutjob. No wonder Musk cosplayed as Milei with a chainsaw. They like the feel of cutting trees and never considered they would fall onto them.
It’s probably better to put a specific tag, and then a disclaimer. Or make Lemmy dynamically source the post name from the article every two hours for like three days.
It depends on how the management cares about the result or\and specifically needs someone responsible and with a certain reputation. International communications, e.g. UN sessions or the likes where highly trained humans do parallel translation, wouldn’t be replaced at all, because a slight tonal shift in how they translate political stuff can cause a disasterous misunderstanding. Technical translation in industrial stuff shouldn’t be too, for each sphere has it’s specific bunch of therminology on each side, but here we are. And with arts\media, reputable companies with big money would still hire translators, but some would default to AI-unless-we-called-out mode.
The AM doesn’t seem so bad now.
He and Trump and GOP aren’t petty there. They inject more distrust about the whole idea of voting. Rich people and corporation can lobby, but they still can’t directly buy an election or a cabinet seat in the open. They spend a lot to push up some candidate after ensuring their loyalty, and it seems suboptimal to them. There is a golden moment where you probably can game the system to make max profits and then grab the bag and run. Because democracies are at least stable, and when they roll into dictatorships, you stop playing solitaire, it’s now blackjack and you are walking a thin line between bankruptcy and being shot dead by a firing squad, because your elected politician has too much power to be securely bought.
I feel like it’s disproportionally favors developing startups\companies\scams who need some boost to start to break even, or old blood that can tolerate some pain if they may consume every other actor on the scene.
There are benefactors to that, and they are the worst people on the market who would only accelerate the collapse for their short term gains.
Like many liberal people in my country with Pooh-teen, no one believed it’s even possible to degrade that quickly, and many still believe it’s not really happening and can be undone in a couple of swift changes.
I think EU can take some lessons from two countries already declined in recent times.
